The jetty construction of PT Bumanik has reached the final chapter which is piling for its trestle. Until the time of the writing, it has reached 590 meters. The slow progress is caused by the bad weather, mainly heavy rain, which frequently has been occurring lately in PT Bumanik’s mining site. So far, rain has been the sole obstacle for PT Bumanik in continuing the jetty construction because all activities have to be stopped. Such decision is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all the employees.
It is a must for the company to guarantee that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is duly implemented within the work premise and throughout all kind of activities. PT Bumanik will strive to achieve its target and fulfill its required duty.
