On June 5, 2022, Bumanik was proudly invited to Commemorate Environment Day by the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, in accordance with the Official Letter of ESDM No. B-2855/MB.07/DBT.PL/2022 with the theme “Only One Earth”.
As one of the IUP OP holders and implementers of the “Good Mining Practice” movement, Bumanik supports the program which is also a concern at the 2022 G20 Indonesia Presidency regarding the environment.
This activity includes the planting of a million trees and reforestation which was attended by the following:

This activity was opened by Mr. H. Yul Widia Sentosa as General Manager of Bumanik.”This activity is an honor for Bumanik, because the ESDM and Military District Commander have entrusted us to be the location for planting trees in the context of World Environment Day.” – said H. Yul Widia Sentosa.
A speech was also given by Lt. Col. Inf. Constantinus Rusmanto, S.Sos., M.Sc. as Military District Commander 1311/Morowali.

With the opening of this event, the handover and planting were carried out symbolically by the Military District Commander 1311 Morowali and the Regent of North Morowali District.
